I currently have a Harmony 880 and need an RF upgrade. I'm was originally thinking of just picking up an 890 and then I thought, can I do better?

Here's a few things I'd like to be able to control, in order of necessity:

1. TV/Xbox360/AV Receiver
2. Lighting (Insteon/X10) I do have IR input from my ISY controller
3. Thermostat (Insteon)
4. View IP cam from nursery

Ok, #4 may be a stretch but I'm pretty sure my wife would authorize a much higher price point if I could achieve it!

Currently, I can already to 1-3 with my 880, I'm just missing RF. Should I just get a 890 and call it good? Or is there a higher end option out there that may be better? A few years old/used is ok.

I'm not opposed to tablets or touch screens so long as it has a few dedicated buttons for channel/volume. I'm not afraid of programming (former JP1/URC guy) I'd like to spend under $250 but flexible depending on #4.

Thanks!

Paul,

Do you want to be able to view the IP output on the actual remote or on the Video monitor/TV/Screen? It sounds like a touchscreen would work best for you because it will give you a good birds eye view of what your tyring to control. A popular touch screen would probably put you out of budget, without a processor or extender. Feel free to email me your specific flexbilites and I can help you find a good solution.
