I know these have been posted allot, but the more I read the more I get confused. I think I have this narrowed down to logitch and URC but will consider others.
I am looking for a remote that will turn on/off:
Epson 8100 Projector( you have to push the power button twice to turn off)
Sony Bluray 560
Time Warner Cable box HD
Emotiva pre/pro and amp
I am looking to add the lighting ( not sure yet either Luton, or Zwave) will not have line of sight, so must be RF
I like the touch screen but really not needed. Must be easy to progam ( I would like to do it), color screen and be easy for the family to use. My wife will be very fustrated other wise.
I read that Harmony has issues with the RF. My equip will have line of sight.
As for the price I would like to keep it under $500.00

Go with URC, then you could add their lighting.
