Hi,
I'm new to this so here goes...I have a Phillips/Magnavox satallite reciever that I bought over 10 years ago. Model 4000. It came with a UHF remote not IR. Is there a universal remote that I can use with it? Since Phillips does not support that model any more I can't even get them to tell me if there own universal remotes will work with it. I have tried several from Radio Shack and had to return them all.
