Hi

I currently have a Nevo S70 and I am considering upgrading to a Pronto TSU9800. Does anyone have any experience of both products.

Thanks for any information

I dont have any experience with either one but IMO the only 2 things to consider are...

1. Do you want to learn how to program the pronto now that you have invested time into Nevo (assuming your doing the programming)?

2. Do you want a huge touchscreen to play with? I think i know the answer to this one :)

Styles aside (tablet vs handheld) I would say that the Pronto is more "polished" for 2-way control. While Nevo uses Z-wave to communicate the Pronto uses wi-fi and has a ton of modules available. The difficulty level in obtaining/implementing and understanding the modules should be considered. Nevo has a much more cleaner look but strangely the devices share a lot of similarites in the programming.

Hello, i'm new to this forum and i will be making the big purchase in the next few weeks of a remote control. I'm trying to decide between the NEVO S70, the Pronto 9600 or the 9800. They pretty much do all the same stuff but i was wondering which would be the better option programming wise since i will try to do it myself with the available ressources.
