I am trying to control two dbx zonepro 1261m units via Key Digital Compass and having some issues. The dbx nic seems to lock up so for example I can force this to happen by doing a bunch of button mashing(changing the source and volume a bunch) or it will happen intermittently when a single command is sent. If I leave my laptop pinging both units ip address's whichever one has the issue will stop responding to pings. When the dbx locks up audio will continue but there is no ip control and it does not come back until power cycled. I dont think its a network issue as its all good quality hardware and there is no ip conflict. Has anyone ever experienced an issue like this? Key Digital tech support has tested on the same model dbx and did not have any issue but Im not sure if the NIC in this unit has been the same through out its production.

Thanks
