looking to control a Mediasonic HW180STB HomeWorx HDTV Digital Converter Box with RTI remote system, cannot locate IR codes.....anybody have a fix? or recommendations of a brand of HD OTA box that RTI will control?

OK i even found this .BIN file for this box that people are using for sling box...........can someone help decode into HEX or a usable format for RTI?heres link to bin: [Link: placeshiftingenthusiasts.com]
