I have been using X-10 for years and 99% of the time it works great but now and then strange things start to happen, this is one of those times.

Recently I did two thing, first I changed the time for DST and I replaced my router. After doing this several of the devices (lights I am controlling and have cone or and go off at a specific time) I am controlling stopped working. They do not come on when they should and some I can control from the interface (computer) and some I can not. Some devices are working just fine, coming on and going off as they should. They can all still be controlled with the hand held rf remotes.

As far as the time change, the interface was updated no problem and is showing the correct time.

The replacement of the router. I see no indication that there is anything wrong. The connection icon (the little active home icon in the tray) shows the computer is connected, it works fine on the network and I can control some devices from the computer so that should indicate all is well.

Any ideas on this? I have tried moving the interface to another outlet. It is not a phase issue as these devices were working fine before. Oh, also when I change something it uploads to the controller just fine so the interface seems to see the controller, it just won’t control it.

Any help or ideas how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Unplug the new router and see if the X10 devices resume working. If they do, the router power supply is generating noise. This can be corrected by a noise filter.
