I have a 12000 sq foot home I am doing, and 1 tl700 and 1 tl 4 that are not updating the ip address. and just keep rebooting, have tried firmware updates to no avail. I hook it to a hub and it updates fine with the static IP, reinstall and it reverts back to 10. address and wont let me update to 192. address. had no issues under fw 2.1 but 2.3 am having issues. have you seen this before.

I haven't seen this before, but a friend has had some trouble with a system he's installing with a client and their technical services department was excellent at pursuing the problems until they were solved.
I'd suggest you call them.
