I have a XPS3 controlling a ceiling fan with light, if the fan (any speed) and light are both on; or the fan alone is on high speed; or the light alone is on it functions correctly by remote, however if the fan alone is on med. or low speed it will not turn off by remote (it goes off but immediately back on) any suggestions?

The XPS3 is a relay so it should not have any affect on your fan's remote. I would bypass the XPS3 and see what happens.
