Hello,

I just bought a set of Marmitek X10 devices for my home (mostly wall mounted dimmers).

Now, the issue I'm having is that the devices will turn on, but not off when using a RF remote and a RF to powerline module (i have also tried a controller that plugs into the powerline directly). I've basically tried turning off everything in my home and all the X10 devices are on the same phase. The electrical installtion itself is quite new, so it's not due to old cabling either.
In any case, something is eating up the signals and I figure I would try a repeater.

My question is, if I buy a repeater such as the ACT CR234 for example, what will happen in my case where the ON command actually works. The devices will recieve two ON commands then? How will that work, any problems?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers.

I should probably add that my whole appartment is on the same phase and I am using dimmers.

Talking to myself again, I've been looking at the XTB [Link: jeffvolp.home.att.net] (I'm in Sweden so I'll opt for the XTB-IIE in that case).
This might suit me better since everything is on the same phase at my place?

For me, it doesn't really matter what I'm using, as long as it can work. Since I'm new to this however, some advice would be good :)

Investigating further, I found this [Link: elekhomica.nl] which seems to be good for a single phase installation like mine.
