Does anyone know if the Pronto TSU3000 will work in the RF mode with the X10 Powermid repeater instead of having to buy the Philips RFX6000 radio frequency extender. I believe they operate on the same frequency but the powermid lacks addressability.

I tried them with the TSU6000 a couple of years back and had very poor results, it worked with a couple of commands but very spotty performance. The frequency is the same. but that is only half the battle. The powermid has to convert RF back to IR and that's where it fell apart. Spend the money on the RFX if you need RF control.
