This is a response I recieved from X10.com after complaining about Pop Up Ads. The ads were getting on my nerves so going to the link helped me get rid of the ads. At least for thirty days as they describe it. Better than nothing even though I'll have to go back every thirty days.

Thank you for contacting us with your concerns. These ads are openedwhen
you visit a site that we have an advertising relationship with and theydo
not track you personally. We advertise on many popular web sites; anyof the
sites you visit regularly might run our ads. Because of the way the ads
work, you should only see them once a day from each of the sites theyare
on.

You can remove yourself from our pop-under advertising by following the
instructions at the bottom of this page:

If you follow these instructions, a cookie will be placed on your PCthat
tells us not to display the ads to you.

Michael Cole
