Can I splice a glass break sensor with the magnet sensor on a door/window sensor? I would like one window unit with magnet sensor for opening/closing of window and each glass pane has a breakage sensor. This would be connected to the Protector Plus Security System.

If both the sensors are Normally Open (NO) then they would have to be in Paralell. If both sensors are Normally Closed (NC)_(Typically the case) they would have to be wired in series.
