Hi all,

Just got my T2 last week. Yesterday was the first day I got a chance to try it out. It doesn't seem to be working for me. I thought possibly it was UBD (user brain damage). So, this is what I did:
1) Charged the batteries for 12 hours or more.
This actually happened twice since I did not RTFM about the sticker on the batteries.
2) Uploaded the contents of the T2.
3) Added ReplayTV in place of the Cable.
4) Downloaded changes to T2.

T2 does not control ReplayTV. Tried this where the ReplayTV remote works with no problems. Also, tried this about 2 inches from ReplayTV IR port.

Thought possibly the ReplayTV library would not work with newer ReplayTV model. So, used IR learn mode to learn from the ReplayTV remote. The IR learn mode worked great! Unfortunately, T2 still not able to control ReplayTV.

Any ideas on where I might be going wrong?

Thanks,

Rick

I believe the default output of the sample program is set to "RF". Try changing it to "IR" in the Remote Properties area.

Hi Jake,

You are right! Just checked the properties and it was set to RF. I haven't tried the change yet...

Thanks for your help.

Cheers,

rick
