New laptop with Win 7 cannot view the Glass Extras. These were self-extracted into Template folder in ID directory. They exist in the Template directory, the same as my desktop but aren't recognized when I go to my Bitmap Library in ID 7.1.
Any thoughts???

Yes...the path they are extracted to is: My Documents\Integration Designer\Templates
Also tried copying files directly into ID's path and, even in Bitmap Folder. Open/ Close ID and still not in view.
Thinking it has more to do with the fact it's a Win7 OS with a self-extracting file.

Resolved. Talked to Brett at RTI. Found out that with Win7 you have to paste the .rtitemplate files into the RTI Program Files path where the Template folder resides. That's where all other button templates exist unlike in WinXP's location in the My Documents path.
