What is the best way to shrink dvd coverart images to use in a scrolling list to use as macros for a megadvdplayer?I have all my Images in dvd profiler and would like to use them in a t3 remote.

I personally like photoshop. I dont know if you use that, but if you do, then it is as easy as opening your starting image, setting up your size, then placing the rest of your images on top of that & save each one as you go!

Image size.
Just make sure to maintain the aspect ratio so the covers dont get distorted.

In most cases you simply need to resize the image. This usually resizes the canvas as well as the image. There are several different resize tools you can use, to get the best quality.
Pshop has a long learning curve so either stick with it or use something easier like Paint Shop Pro or similar. They also have a good-sized learning curve but much shorter than Pshop.

Just use Microsoft picture manager. It's simple, already on your computer, and free.
Simply right click the picture , click open with , select Microsoft picture manager.
Edit, resize, save. Simple.
