It's so nice of everyone on the site to want to share files, but I have to imagine it gets tiresome with all the "me too email". Found this great FREE! site to easily upload files too.

Simply upload the files you wish to share. Add a password to download the file. Create a master admin password so you can kill the file when you wish.

Then post the link generated, and the password to download (or email to those requesting the file if you want better control over who get's it).

If you decide not to share anymore, go back to the website and delete your file.

I personally think the drop.io is a great way to share for now. I currently use my own server for my links, so I never have any issues.

I usually post a link, but after it generates a little interest, meaning I wont host the file unless people want it, since my server space is limited.

It is easier to post it to a website desinged for file sharing, but you did'nt mention if it was free.

I would also like to see the RTI File area a little updated, meaning a new graphic or two and maybe a new area for bitmaps and user templates.

Either way, I agree with you, the email hunting is a little stale.

The drop can also be for uploading as well as downloading so we could create a drop with the RTI website's password to share files amongs forum members who are dealers.

Any interest for a collective drop?
