I've got a small theater room (15' X 20'), and there are some pockets where the T2c won't communicate with a RP1. These pockets are in the middle of the room, so It's not a range issue, and are very narrow (move to the left 9", and you get action, move back, nothing). I've eliminated the possibility of RF noise from dimmed lights, as the problem is still there when the lights are 100% off.

So something is causing enough RF noise to block the signal. Anyone have any ideas what to do to fix? I don't think moving the RP1 will help.

TIA

I would think that moving the antenna would be the first thing to try, no?

I did have one that was like you are describing, short range, no reason it shouldn't be working everywhere. Moving the RP-1 up or down, left or right had minimal effect. Mounted it sideway, worked flawless. Try moving the RP-1.
Listen, think, THEN speak.

I've had it where the RP1 was sideways and it caused dead spots. Mounted in upright and the problem went away. I've also had it where the RP1 was upright and had to mount it sideways. It's crazy how little things can cause problems.
Who says you can't put 61" plasmas up on cantilever mounts using toggle bolts? <---Thanks Ernie ;)

How exactly is the RP1 mounted? What orientation, in what location and with what nearby? Electronics, large metal objects or metal lathe can be very effective at blocking or reflecting RF. Are you getting any response from the RP1 (I think NACK is orange?). More info or pictures would help.
