There was some confusion with your order because I was out of the country last week (charity work in Nicaragua) and the person in charge was not familiar with international shipping. The unit is on it's way and I should reach the UK in 2-3 days.
I assure you I am reputable, I had a personal meeting with RTI on Monday and discussed their Internet sales policies with them. My credit card software sometimes messes up and this is why you received two receipts. I can assure you, that you were only charged once. People that know me and my business practices would assure you that I would give products away before I would ever rip you off, which I have done in the past when I messed up an order. I am sorry I did not notice your request for shipping details, I will forward information by e-mail this morning.
