Has anyone purchased their T2 from homeautomationnet.com?

The reason I ask is that I placed an order with them last week, my credit card has been charged, and I had an email querying why duplicate orders had come through (some problem with their ordering system).

After I replied to them, I've heard nothing. In my order, I asked them to confirm shipping details (I live in the UK), but had no reply to this either.

I've emailed them asking for status on my order, but no reply yet, so I'm starting to get concerned that there's a problem getting a T2 shipped to the UK.

Has anyone else experienced these problems with homeautomationnet.com?

There was some confusion with your order because I was out of the country last week (charity work in Nicaragua) and the person in charge was not familiar with international shipping. The unit is on it's way and I should reach the UK in 2-3 days.

I assure you I am reputable, I had a personal meeting with RTI on Monday and discussed their Internet sales policies with them. My credit card software sometimes messes up and this is why you received two receipts. I can assure you, that you were only charged once. People that know me and my business practices would assure you that I would give products away before I would ever rip you off, which I have done in the past when I messed up an order. I am sorry I did not notice your request for shipping details, I will forward information by e-mail this morning.

Many thanks Bill - good response. I certainly didn't want to give the impression that you were disreputable!

I ordered from you because of the excellent feedback I got from other people when I was searching for a company who could ship to the UK. Obviously, being thousands of miles away made me a bit more nervous about ordering from a company I'd never used before, and I started getting worried when emails weren't replied to. You're sometimes never quite sure whether emails have just got lost in the system somewhere.

Anyway, good resolution, and I look forward to receiving my T2.

I did, and had great service! I have the infamous Sony DA90ESG and Bill was very helpful in finally getting the codes needed to work as well as being flexible in his return policy.
