To anyone else who encounters this issue. I reached out to Russound and requested repair options. I pointed out my dealer has gone out of business. They were very responsive and sent the following.
These units have a 2 year warranty - this can be determined specifically via a receipt for when the system was installed or in general by the serial number.
If out of warranty we have a flat rate $ 300 repair fee for the CAM6.6 controller - If you would like a repair we can work a return authorization up for you.
