Hello, I'm looking for a pair of speakers for a simple sonos setup. We want to use the amplified zoneplayer 120 but don't know which speakers to buy.

We are looking for good/decent sound quality in the fullest range possible out of a single speaker. I know you can't ask for much bass from a single woofer in a small enclosure but I'm looking for something reasonable.

Few restrictions:
They have to be white
around $200-$400 per pair
"dispersion" good to have but not required

They will be used in a living room area not too big, and are needed for music at parties, etc. nothing too loud. Besides the sonos 120 only has 55W RMS pero channel.

Few options I've seen:
klipsch aw-500-sm
polk RM8
polk OWM3 or OWM5
Boston Acoustics Bravo

Haven't heard any of those but they fit somewhat the requirements. Any input?

Thanks in advance

And if you can stretch the budget a little there's also the RX1 in High Gloss White.

Thanks, I forgot to specify that my friend is looking for something a little more "stylish", (with higher WAF than those monitor audio).

Any other ideas?

Have you heard good or bad things about the options I posted?

Have those exact speakers in my office off the Sonos Zone Player! Sounds and looks great! Great advice.

They do have a problem with moving a lot of air so if you are going to listen to Black Eyed Peas at full volume I would look elsewhere.

We have had great success using the Sonos ZP120 with the NHT Absolute Zero and Classic Two Bookshelf speakers and Definitive Technology ProMonitor 1000's.
