Kindly help ! Im looking for a flat monitor (plasma, lcd or led) that will have discrete IR codes for its inputs (and hopefully Power On / Power Off) so I may send a single IR command to get to the appropiate input.

Most SONY, Sharp, NuVision, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, JVC, Toshiba and many others have codes (some units may only have partial discrete codes), but if you stick with the above brands you'll have above average luck (though you may need to search for the codes, and it may also be dependant on the control system you intend to use, but don't mention).
