I have an Onkyo 505 receiver which I am currently using with Xantech IR system. I recently ordered a "Next Generation Remote Control Extender" because I would like to use the Onkyo remote outside.
Was wondering if it would be possible to keep the Xantech IR emitter on the receiver window and add the Next Gen Eye emitter also to the front windowe so both of these products can be used at the same time.
I was thiking of using the Onkyo remote when outside and then buying another Universal remote for inside. However, I was wondering if there is enough room on the receiver window to support both emitters.
Please let me know. Thank you.

The windows on receivers are usually big enough to accomodat 2 IR's otherwise you could use a Xantech 282DTP single emitter with twin plugs, which was designed for what yoo are tryinn to do.
