I have a Mistsubishi RPTV (code 0150). The problem is that there are no Advanced Codes for the Component Video input. Codes exist for the other inputs.
Here's the problem. I've tried creating macros that change inputs as several of the steps (since there is no Advanced Code for directly changing to the TV's component input). The TV is too slow to accept sequential commands from my All for One for All 6. Hence, when I make a macro that changes the inputs, it misses the commands almost every time and I end up on a different input.
Will a newer, different type (I'm leaning toward the Harmony 676) of universal remote allow me to send the commands slower?

I don't know about the harmony, but I do know that a Philips Pronto has delays that you can program into your macro's for a delay between each IR signal. That should do what you want it to.

Go to an MX-850. You can put all types of delays between steps in a macro. If the macro gets too long, (some Mits. tv's won't change inputs for 7 sec. after it powers up, you can add a MRF-250 and send the signal as an RF command so you don't have to point the remote for that long.

I am torn between the Harmony and the MX-850. I've heard the Harmony is very easy to use with web-based programming, even easier than the MX-850. Plus the Harmony 676, I believe, is less (way less) than half the price, correct?
