Hi there

As the Yamaha receiver RS-V750 has a learning remote control and I have Yamaha V650 I was wondering if both were compatible, so the 750 one would work with 650? Is that possible? I like the V650 remote but need the learning abilities :-)

Yours

Jerry

The 750 and 650 have the same I.R. codes so, yes it will.

How much does Yamaha want for the remote?

You might want to compare it with the URC 'control' line of remotes. They are alot more flexible and have macros that can make operation (as far as automatic input switching for the reciever, TV, etc.) a dream.

Just a thought.

typically oem remotes are crazy prices - check out a nice programable remote. the 550/650/750 have the same code set
