is there any battery out there, that can have an electrical outlet plug into it, like a tv... so the battery powers the electronic? plz help

No, the battery would have to feed an invertor to produce the required AC. A Charger/battery/invertor is often called a UPS.

Yes... most batterys 'CAN'.
