This may seem pretty basic but after spending lots of time and searching, everything I found was more complicated than I needed. I'm using a Pronto TSU2000 for my Home Theater components. I just got a few x10 switches for my lights. The ir543 x10 converter for my ir signal works great (even accepts a lot of bounced ir signals), but the only plug that works all the lights is behind my seating. Because my room is 30ft, bouncing the signal exactly where it would be convenient is sporadic. If one exists, I need a "simple" ir device that I can place in front of me near my components and send the x10 signals to it, and have this "ir repeater ?" send them back behind me to the x10 ir543 to control my lights. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I tried the Pronto site with no response and thought I'd try here.

I assume by "complicated" you mean having to run wires to and from.
If you want "wireless", RCA has a IR to RF to IR set up that has to stations that are about the size of coffe cups, one recieves IR, transforms it to RF, the other recieves RF, and emits the IR in a blaster format. It will do what you desire, if you don't mind the size of the two stations.They aren't completely wireless; thet do have to be plugged into 120vlts.

As this would be strictly an ir not an x10 issue, and by already taking advantage of x10's ir543 to control x10 using ir, and having looked extensively into that site, I didn't think that would be an "info rich" location for this question. I think the RCA ir ti rf to ir may be the way I have to go.
