Hi, recently installed the Spacer System dimmer
on my living room and downloaded the IR codes
into my PRONTO. When I press and hold either scene
button, it jumps to the scene light level that
it came out of the box and does not flash the
leds as it's suppose to happen. All other commands
work, like the master dimm/bright and all off.
Any idea as to what is happening?
Is there any special setting on the Pronto in
order for the spacer dimmer to recognize that
I want to set a scene, that is, continuasly sending
an IR for a few seconds?
If the Spacer system you have came w a remote (4 scene), use that to set the scenes. If not, use the codes from the IR database. Im not using a Pronto, but rather a MX-850. All the scene buttons worked fine from the IR database when programmed to my 850.
Put the light leves where yu want them. Then press and hold the applicable scene button on either the Lutron remote, or the "programmed" scene button on your Pronto. You should then get your led flash.
