I have the codes input in the Pronto 3000 and they all work except that the one scene I am assuming to be all off, only brings the lights down to a very very low glow. But not completely off. I would like to have this completely off option.

Am I missing something here? Do I need to adjust anything on the switch etc.

These are the Spacer System switches.

Don't quote me on this, but isn't one of the ways to get the lights down to off by tapping the button 2 times.

If that's the case, program the 3000 to hit button twice.

What Lutron? Spacer? Grafic Eye? Grafixc Eye has a "OFF" setting. Spacers just have Scenes. if you want an "OFF" scene you need to set it that way.

I have the Spacer System. I do have 4 scenes in there now. These were ir codes I received from an AVS member so I am unsure how to work around them if it is possible at all.

How do I program it to "off"? Is that a seperate code or do I need to adjust the slider on the switch??

Sorry for the lame question but I am a newbie.

I am using a MX-800 and there are discrete on and off commands in addition to the 4 scene and up and down. I got most of the codes from the HTM IR database. Also, the up/down codes in the database actually do partial increments between the visible settings of the lights - so there are 12 or 13 actual settings plus off. Unfortunately, I do not have the Pronto codes.

I contacted Lutron and got the "off" code needed.

Another question I have is am I able to make my own scenes? ie. different light levels for the rope lighting, wall sconces.

Right now if I press one of the scenes, I get all 3 switches moving to the same levels and so on. i was hoping to have the sconces at say 30%, riser rope lights & 50% and the ceiling rope lights @ 100%. Can this be done?

For those of you that dont have it all figured out.....

Set the Dimmers to the Levels you want, and Press and Hold the Scene button until the Dimmers flash... (Few seconds) This sets the scene.

Hi, recently installed the Spacer System dimmer on my living room and downloaded the IR codes into my PRONTO. When I press and hold either scene button, it jumps to the scene light level that it came out of the box and does not flash the leds as it's suppose to happen. All other commands work, like the master dimm/bright and all off.
Any idea as to what is happening?
Is there any special setting on the Pronto in order for the spacer dimmer to recognize that I want to set a scene, that is, continuasly sending an IR for a few seconds?

If the Spacer system you have came w a remote (4 scene), use that to set the scenes. If not, use the codes from the IR database. Im not using a Pronto, but rather a MX-850. All the scene buttons worked fine from the IR database when programmed to my 850.

Put the light leves where yu want them. Then press and hold the applicable scene button on either the Lutron remote, or the "programmed" scene button on your Pronto. You should then get your led flash.
No, I wont install your plasma with an orange extension cord hanging down the wall.
