I just installed a High Def DIRECTV receiver HR 10-250. I can't get my RC8000 to learn a single code from the remote. Denon tech support says "Oh well". My dealer is trying to sell me a ProntoPro. I hate to throw away such an expensive remote and invest anothe $700 in a new one. Does anyone have any suggestions?
