i keep all of my gear in an equipment room and just have tvs and speakers throughout the rest of my house. the system is controlled via i.r. with an rc5200 in the main theater room, and a kameleon in the living room which both run through a universal i.r. to rf sender and rf to i.r. receiver with one sender in each room and one receiver in the equipment room, and a urc9911 that i take outside and around to the other rooms. the problem that i have is that both my dvd players are pioneer and both respond to the same ir, so if two people are trying to watch movies in different rooms at the same time then one person trying to fast forward or skip tracks or stop the movie that they are watching affects the movie the other person is watching. i was hoping that someone might know of a way to put one of the dvd players into a different comand mode like some dvd and cd mega changers can do so that this problem would not arrise anymore, or if there is another way to solve this problem i would be most gratefull to hear of it.
