Hi,
I am doing an assignment on usability issues concerning remote controls for DVD/CD Players?? I have another thread knocking about that describes this!

I would be very grateful if you could tell me what aspects of a remote control you like/dislike etc...

What features would you like to see and which design faults have you encountered with existing remotes??
