Well, normally there is an input button somewhere on the control panel. If you have only one input and it's a combo YC/Composite. You can't use them both at the same time. Disconnect the composite (RCA style) to use the S-video (YC) input.

1#) Get a cheap universal remote that already has the GE codes.

#2) Get a cheap LEARNING remote that can learn the codes from someone who has the proper remote.

Saulo, if there's really NO way to select "aux.", "line in" or "video in", it may be just plugging the S-video cable in switches to the input. I would assume you already tried it. Akso, check Edmund's idea, go channel down from "2".

I'm sure a cheap all in one remote would have your codes. Actually you probably have a remote around somewhere that has the three code capability.

Any universal RCA remote will work, they have the GE TV codes pre-programmed.

GE=RCA=Proscan

thank you !!

rdangela.. i got one from my RCA VRC..
yeah.. it work.. there's one Input button, it works.. to go to the Video 01 Channel.. and the normal audio/video cables works like a charm, but the S-VIDEO cable doesn't work on that channel.. doesn't show nothing. nothing at all.. so i think there's another channel for it.. like Video 02, i don't know..

but the RCA remote control doesn't go there.. only Video 01 and normal channels..

what can i do now ?? :(

thanks ..

First look at the back of the tv, if
the RCA jacks are labeled Video 01 and
the S-VHS is labeled Video 02. Than
look for a second input, if there not
labeled different. Than its either one
or the other. And the s-video cable
might not be plug-in right. Try at both
ends. Also try channels 00,90,91,& 92.

Saulo, also try UNplugging the RCA cable when trying the S-video. Some TV's will bypass one input when both cables are plugged in.
