1-control my home theatre seamlessly and RELIABLY 2-Not lose its memeory 3-Download commands from internet 4-backup the soterd commands in PC (in case of dead battery or memory wipe out) 5-very very easy to use(no fliping through various pages and pages)6-work perfectly at single push of a button(no dealys no no-reponse crap) 7-200 to $300 tops. 8- renamable buttons 9-low battery consumtion 10-Not have any other major problems or design falws (i.e. not having a closk on display is not a major flaw)
Do you know of anyremote that will comply with above criteria? Please please let me know. Thank you in advace.

While were at it why don't we tell you the solution to the worlds problems and the secret of the Universe....
I think your asking a bit too much, expecially for 200 bucks. Crestron or AMX is probably what your looking for but is going to cost thousands not hundreds of dollars.
