Can someone please clarify the difference between 2:3 versus 3:2 pull down for progressive scan dvd. Is one better than the other or are they both the same? Thanks Julian.

The actual term is 2:3 pulldown. The other is what seems logical, as 3 is larger than 2. As you probably know, it refers to the difference in frame rate between video (30fps) and film (24fps).
