Sorry for the off-topic post...

Does anyone know of a 2- or 3-gang outdoor clear thermoplastic cover? Pass & Seymour make a good 1-gang version that's only 1-1/8" deep ([Link: passandseymour.com]), but I've never found anything wider that doesn't stick out 3" or more from the backbox.

Any info would be appreciated

Niles makes a 2 gang decora style cover but it isn't clear. Are you trying to pass IR? Why clear? IR doesn't work well in sunlight.

Aside from Bang & Olufsen, I'd never use IR outside for anything. Having a clear cover keeps the control pad obvious. My goal is to keep our systems completely idiot-proof, and people WILL forget the pad is there if it's covered with an opaque cover.

I've forgotten the brand name, but Home Depot and/or Lowe's carries some. They're reffered to 'weatherproof-in-use' covers, and I've used a two-gang clear cover that is fairly shallow to cover a pair of fan/light controllers. If I find the brand and/or part number, I'll post it here.
