Hello guys I trying to find out if I need THX speaker to run THX I'am thinking of buying a Pioneer Receiver with THX built in do I need THX speaker to be able to hear it.

No, Ed, not at all. THX is a set of specifications for design control, not a "type" of sound like DTS or DD5.1.

You certainly don't need THX speakers, just because you have a THX receiver. As Mike said, THX is a set of design specifications, but these specs can influence the sound, particularly with speakers. Do some more research before buying,

Many receivers get THX ratings. In a % comparison, very few speakers do. MANY good speakers are not THX rated cause they don't give a damn.
