My UHF remote for a dish network receiver (4700) is broke. I can't find a replacement univeral that woks with dishnet work receivers. Cnu y anyoine recommend a CHEAP replacement? I can live with IR instead of UHF.

Define cheap. You can get the same Dish remote for $40-45 plus shipping. You can get an RCA 810 for $40 plus tax or shipping or both. Some lesser RCA or One-For-All remotes may also work. The RCA 810 knows all the functions except Page Up/Down, which you could teach it at a store. (since yours is broken)
