Has anyone seen this model for sale yet? I have been waiting almost a year for one. Talk of beta versions helps, but it would be nice to hear when someone purchases a production model.

Demo models are in stores. Imagine that Mits delays them now saying Jan 17th. A very, Very limited amout of Panasonic boxes were just released. Don't expect to see any HD sattelites till monkeys fly out of your bung unless you paid deposits months ago. On the West coast some stores have had deposits and fully paid orders for up to a year. Those people come first. Now th WD65000 DLP is going to be delayed again. How pissed do you think those people are. 50% minimum non refundable deposit and the Feb 1 mark might be changed by Mits. Panasonic has DLP's available. WOnder why Mits doesn't.

Don't hold your breath on these vaporware. Eric is right about the Panny being out in limited production. Inital reports are not good. Imagine having to wait for about a year on a product and then when it arrives doesn't meet expectations. Very disappointing considering its price and the existing STBs now available.
