1. Is there a Reciever out there that will allow you to watch two different channels with the one receiver?
2. If I buy A Dish for my two house would I be able to bring the Receiver back and forth to each house without having to pay for 2 subcriptions
Thanks..

Sorry for the Second post but I thought of another question..
If I wanted to watch two different channels in my house I would need to buy: A Duel LNB Dish, and two receivers-- Is this correct or do I need anything else?
Also Does Sony sell a Duel LNB Dish ?
Thanks again...

Joe; As far as I know, no receiver will allow you to watch 2 channels at the same time. A receiver is no different than a cable box. My Sony, w/dual LNB, also has an input for over the air antenna or cable as well as the satellite signal. It has two RCA type outputs, one of which is S-video. The second can be connected to a VCR. In addition, a third (coaxial) output will allow you to connect to another TV. You can watch sat on one and antenna on the other or visa-versa, sat (same channel) on both or antenna on both. Two different sat channels will require an additional receiver. I connect 4 tv's this way.
Yes you can move the receiver from house to house. Simply buy and install another dish for your other home.
As mentioned earlier, Sony provides dual LNB systems and in my opinion, I would not purchase a single LNB system. If you decide later on a second unit, you would have to rewire the system. Do it once instead.
Good luck.
