OTA with recorder? There only ever were two in recent memory: The Sony DHG-HDD500/250 (now discontinued) and the LG LST-3410A, which is older and buggier than the Sony but still may be current.
TiVo keeps threatening to release an OTA HD recorder, but nothing official on the horizon yet.
Otherwise you'd have to use a MCE PC.

The HD Tivo at CES this year looked sorta like a real product. Last year they had barely more than a piece of paper with a press release. Maybe next year they will sell one!!
