I noticed on the DTV site that to add additional locals they were going to use new satellites at the 119 and 110 locations. I know that Dish Network is using those locations and was curious as to whether there was something going on between the two companies. Does anyone know what is going on?

they share the same bird @119 but use diferent (odd-even) transponders.
