I watched the Eco Challenge on the discovery channel last night. Several times during the broadcast there was a commercial that said the race was filmed with Sony equipment in HTDV. I was unaware that the discovery channel sent out any High Def content. How do i find it? How do i get it? Is there a Discovery HD channel?

I've seen some previews of it on channel 199 during the HDTV demo stuff, but I don't think they're broadcasting it yet. Unless it's on Dishnet, I have DirecTV.

I belive the 4dtv receives it currently in HD.

The Discovery HDTV channel has not yet launched. At NAB last month, Dish Network said it would add the channel the day it became available; at that time, estimated time of arrival was June.
