Anyone know the best place to buy an RCA DTC100 and dish without subscription?

I bought mine from Higley TV & Appliance Inc. Phone 219-264-2315 located in Elkhart, IN. I think they do mail order.
Receiver and special dish $650.00 plus tax since I purchased it in the store. They also have a web site but I don't have it with me now. I've not seen anyone beat the price for both parts yet.
