Just installed my first one the other day. It seems like and improvement from the HD100 and it is a lot lighter. No noisy fan either. Why can't Sony put caller ID in their recievers though?

Pardon my ignorance, but what is the caller ID about? Does it flash a caller's number on the satellite image when the SAT phone line rings?
If so, would the caller ID come on an HD image? How the heck much does THAT cost?
Many of my clients have the satellite on a phone line other than the main one, so this would not matter to most of them....

It only is a good add-on when your sat is connected to your main line. What it does is displays the number on a small strip at the bottom of the screen when somebody calls you. I don't see why they couldn't have it show up in HD since the info bar and channel logos show up in HD.
And it is usually not anymore expensive. I have an RCA Reciever with Dolby Digital out and caller ID, and I think that retails for about $230 (Not HD though)
