Hello everyone,

I'm hoping that someone can help me. I recently purchased a ProntoNEO and am having problems getting my Dishplayer to work with it.

The Dishplayer is a JVC Model 7200. When I try to learn from the orig remote to the Neo, the only way that I can do it is to push the button on the orig remote first, then hit the button on the Neo. I get a *Success* from the Neo, but it doesn't actually work when trying to control the device. I get no response at all from the device.

I have read though the forums here and someone suggested that using Neohack and changing the delay from 0;0 to 0;5 worked for them. I have tried this and it still doesn't work.

Can someone help?

Cheers,

-cb-

Don't give up.
I've read from several sources that the 7200 will work with other remotes, universal types.

I've got a 7200 myself and have been looking for a replacement. Check out dbstalk.com, the JP1 yahoo group, bluedo.com or doblue.com, unsure which, but there are three links on the JP1 yahoo group.

JP1 is a type of interface that will allow you to program a remote that has the JP1 interface with your PC. Cables can be made or purchased. for less than $20.

I've yet to get a replacement, but drop me an e-mail from time to time and I will keep you updated on my progress.
