I want to replace a defective MLX-3 remote that works with my home Crestron system. I've gotten a replacement remote but when I complete the "acquire" process with my Gateway, although it states the process was successful the remote simply reverts back to the "set-up" remote screen. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
