Have the RCA RCR660 remote. Need to control a Samsung TX-P1634. Main goal is to configure the ability for the television to select the digital converter box and receive the over-the-air local broadcasting. Much thanks in advanced for an informed opinion.

Having issues with the Brand Code Programming. The TV component light does not remain on after holding for 3 seconds. What would my options be for troubleshooting?
