Hi I just bought cobalt rc for my samsung tv, but I am not able to start my tv with it...
RC does not show any sighs of working.
I put new batteries, still no luck..
T tried to download user manual, but could nt download it.
PLs help

A simple check to see if your remote is transmitting is to look at the business end via a digital/mobile phone camera. Press a button and you should see the diode flash.

Not sure why you're unable to download the manual. As it's a small file I've just sent it as an email attachment.
