I picked up a used Rotel HT receiver today and love it!!! It came with the Rotel RR-969 remote control and I understand this is based on the UR362 remote. Well, I was teaching the remote today and all was well. I'm not sure what I did but the freaking thing will not work with.......the Rotel of all things. It was working perfectly but now when I have it set to "AUD" to control the Rotel and I press any button is says "Empty". Does anyone have any idea at all???? Please help, I"m desperate.

Best I can suggest is restoring it to factory defaults (press the tiny "Preload" button) and trying again.
If you don't have the manual for the RR-969 you can find it in the file area on this site.
